Contract Administrator
Onsite 3 days in Westminster, CO and remote 2 days per week
4+ Month contract
In this role, you will handle administrative tasks like uploading documents into a contract management system and assisting with contracts related to divestitures. You will also help with testing the new sourcing tool.
Responsibilities:
- Upload files from SharePoint to the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.
- Support contract management by assisting with divestiture-related documents.
- Help test the new Workday sourcing tool.
- Work with team members to manage contract-related tasks.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or contract management preferably in the procurement space.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other file-sharing tools.
- Experience with contract management or CLM tools is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
